Position-certified pipe welding for pressure work.

You spend your hours on the tools, not in front of slides. Every course ends in a numbered certificate an employer can verify online, the same standard whether you stay in India or take the skill abroad.

What you will actually learn

    Weld safety, PPE & workshop discipline · 12 hrs

    Arc-eye, fumes, hot work permits and how a real shop keeps you safe. You cannot pass an inspection you did not survive.

    Reading isometric & fabrication drawings · 16 hrs

    Turning a pipe drawing into a cut list, joint prep and a weld map, the paperwork employers test first.

  3. 3

    Joint preparation & fit-up · 24 hrs

    Bevels, root gaps and tacking so the joint holds alignment before the first pass.

  4. 4

    Root, hot, fill & cap passes (SMAW/GTAW) · 90 hrs

    The four passes that make a pressure weld, drilled until they are repeatable, not lucky.

  5. 5

    6G position welding on pipe · 110 hrs

    The 45° fixed-position joint, the one that certifies you for pressure pipework anywhere.

  6. 6

    Visual & NDT-ready inspection + certification · 28 hrs

    Self-inspecting to code, preparing coupons, and the assessment that earns the certificate.

Common questions

Do I need experience to start?
No. We start from safety and fundamentals. Prior site experience helps, but plenty of our students hold a torch for the first time here, what matters is that you turn up for the bench hours.
Is the 6G certificate recognised abroad?
6G is a position, not a country's certificate. We train and assess you to the standard Gulf and Canadian employers test against, and every certificate we issue is verifiable online, which is what an overseas employer actually checks.
How long until I can work?
The programme is 24 weeks of mostly bench time. How fast you are job-ready after that depends on your hours on the tools, which is why we keep batches small.
Do you guarantee a job or a visa?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. We give you a tested skill and a certificate an employer can trust. We help you understand the routes, but we never sell placements or visas.
What does the fee include?
The fee on this page is the fee: consumables, bench time, assessment and the certificate. No kit charges or exam fees appear later.
